Blistering Barnacles!

Drove a particularly old car for the first time to work.

Didn't touch it again until about to leave workplace.

Car refused to wake up.

Pleas for help turned into anger and frustration because no help was rendered but instead was blamed for getting car spoilt.

Very determined to get car working all by myself or return home in shame.

Car was not very obedient.

Car had to spend night in mediacorp car park.

Car was towed to a work shop the next afternoon.(which is today)

Very sweet Uncle B B gave me the support i needed by calling his friend to help me with the car. And even came down personally to see if i needed help and eventually shoo-ing me off when the car was fixed and settled the payment for me.

Sigh. What an experience. Thank goodness my parents were very understanding and i had such nice uncle and aunties... I feel loved.

But i felt bad because afterall, Car fell sick under my care. So i texted my uncle and asked if i could pay him to which he replied rather adamantly "I am your uncle!"

AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I FEEL SO LOVED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My mother called him to ask how much it cost. ANd he said "Three dollars."

AHhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Car is now sitting obediently in house's driveway.

Am not touching naughty car unless necessary.

Boo.

sidenote: on the way back home in the once again healthy car... a pigeon almost got me killed. Stupid pigeon landed in the middle of the road and had no sense of danger. Had to jam my brakes... the pigeon was too fat. It needs to go on a diet. Like me. hahahahaha....
