Memories...

I have a favourite pastime. A rather stupid bo liao pastime... haha.

I like to google people's names.

I googled my brother's before and found his name appearing on some RJ website that named him as one of their 57 top scholars of the year and also one of the names on some NASA satellite dish that was sent to space(?!??). And then when i googled mine... i realised mine was on that dish too. AHhaha...

I once googled another friend's name and found that she had previously joined some Mediacorp competition that required her to do tough sports. HAhaha... and it even had a picture of her in a swimsuit looking all garang!

So i say, i have this weird pastime which can be actually rather fruitful.

Which leads me to this post... I ended up in our old PSS2 website.
And ended up watching the videos of our times in superstar... those that rosemary and team spend countless sleepless nights working on.

I watched the final portion when the results was announced, and watched myself tear and eventually break down while thanking all my supporters.

This is the first time i'm watching this. Ever since the Grand finals... I've never actually sat down and took a look at my performance from a third person's perspective. Haha... Weird right. Even during the competition... i never looked back very much at my own performances. Maybe i was a little afraid... because i think i'm my worst critic.

but after watching scenes after scenes of happy people poking fun at each other...scenes of me and daren practising backstage, jabbing fun at each other...carrie yeo being her silly self...Veron saying she thinks i'll win while daren stands beside(big eyed!) haha... and finally watching my own thank you speech.

I started crying. IN THE OFFICE.

aRGH! I am a cry baby. But i really miss those times... it was all worth while.

THank you all for those moments.

Thank you sheila my besty partner for always sending me those sweet sms-es! I miss you too!

Thank you Daren for being the best competitor i could ever have and the not so good daddy to me (because you still haven't brought me to macdonalds... -_-")

Thank you Lingyi for being so talented! (I'm always amazed by your creativity and talents... and at the same time so DAMN PROUD that you were once my junior!)

Thank you Shiyu... just for being Shiyu. Don't give up ok! I know i'm quite the MIA kinda person right now... but no matter what, I'll always support you in all your music endeavours!

Last but not least, Carrie Yeo. For being that mature, intelligent, experienced and extremely forgetful guardian angel to me. Always helping me out with my performances and taking care of me...

and of course, all of you. My fans, my friends, er... foes. haha, thank you all. Weee!

Harry Potter tonight! I can't wait!
