I just spent close to 3 hours trying to make sense of what computer geniuses call HTML.

And the fruits of my labour?

Nothing.

Self revelation?

That my old blog template is still the BEST!!!!

Or maybe i'm just saying that to make myself feel better... SIGH.
Did i mention that one of the first 'D' i got in university was for a module in web-designing? Haha, totally not my cup of tea. And it doesn't help that i have no knack for ART, which basically means i always end up putting really weird colours together.

Thank goodness I don't dress myself in crazy colours. Still pretty sane in the fashion department la. haha...

Ok, i basically tried out the new "customise template" function that blogger is offering. But the IRONY here is that although i essentially chose the same template as the one you are LOOKING at now. The HTML looks different! In fact i don't think its called HTML, i think its called XML which if i remember correctly from my classes, is a more advanced(and more torturous to look at) version... correct me if i'm wrong and uninformed. =P

Urgh. And they had all these cool widgets which i would have LOVED to add! Like a poll in which i wanted to ask you guys what you normally do at the void deck, and stuff like links to the tagwords in my entries.

BUT BUT BUT. With the XML thingy, i couldn't put my tagboard and nuffnang ads on the sidebar! I was almost about to give up when i decided to revert it back to the old classic version and try instead to add these cool widgets to the old one instead. That's when i saw Jiaqi and Pam's tag on how they prefered the old template.

That's when i decided "Ah heck it."

A few clicks, and here we are. Back to the good ol' (erm... boring?) template.

Its 4.20am now, and i can't possibly continue with anything now lest i end up playing the female lead in "28 decades later".

Please vote for Chen Huan's song on the S-Pop webbie if you like it! I do hope her song gets through not only because i think its a great song but also because I'd love to perform it again and maybe even film an MTV for it... that would be like a mini-singer-dream come true.
