Sick AGAIN...

Even with all your well wishes and constant reminders asking me to take care and drink loads of water... I still fell sick.

It started three days ago when i thought i felt something irritating the upper palate of my mouth, somewhere close to the throat. I dismissed it as probably food that got stuck there but for the next two days i started to feel it more distinctly, especially when i try to sing or talk. Its as though something is poking at my throat from the inside...

So yesterday I opened my mouth wide in front of my mirror and said "AHHH..." and horrors of horrors! I had a reddish lump with a whitish head in my throat! Damn huge la! I really really freaked out!

But because it was a public holiday, the clinics weren't open... and i normally wait one or two days before seeing the doctor just to make sure its serious. Haha. So i waited...

At night i went down to Zouk at 9pm(haha, my first time in Zouk) to support Lebby at his SIM(Singapore Institute of Management) Pageant. I screamed my lungs out man... Like non-stop, high-pitched,throat-killing,blood-curdling screams. Haha...

AND NO THANKS to my screaming.... LEBBY WON!!!!!!!!!!!!

Lebby is MR SIM!!!!!! HOORAY!!! 全世界不睡觉一起摇！!!!

Tha really made my night... So proud of Leb. =) He was a little stiff and unnatural at the catwalk segment, oooooh but he totally aced the swimsuit and question and answer segment! Haha... I'm really proud to have Lebby as a fellow Solid Rocker. Words cannot describe how i feel even now... one day after the pageant.

Alright, back to my throat.

Next morning, i had to wake up at 5am for my FYP shoot and i was freezing the whole morning. When i finally got to see the doctor at 8.30am, I had two lumps in my throat. But the GOOD thing was that the whitish part was no longer there(in my opinion...the white part is just waaay disturbing. It looked as though my wisdom tooth was growing out of my throat...)

So now i'm on antibiotics and i only just realised that tomorrow is a super long day for me. Helping my boss out in the morning with a Capital 95.8FM one day tour followed by filming of the final episode of mission 4 from 2-6pm @ heeren and back to Caldecott for Sheng Shiong's children competition from 6pm onwards till i don't know when.

Which means i'll miss my church christmas service. Sigh.

One of the major sacrifices I've made amongst many others ever since stepping into this industry. I miss my church.

On a lighter note, there's another Christmas Service on Sunday which I'll (die die) be able to attend! =) So yayness!
