那首歌

I really like this song. And so...to finish off year 2007, despite my flu and sore throat, I still went ahead with performing this song. It was a very noisy event with all the whistles and screams going on, the turn out was good and the crowd was very friendly.

I could hardly hear my voice beyond all the whistling and through my own blocked nose and ears but i really sang this song from my heart. Much like how Yoga Lin does without considering how ugly he might look(athough i actually find it rather cute. haha...)

I enjoyed myself last night counting down with the people at Hong Kah North CC. And after yesterday's performance, I sounded like a pipe of untuned strings. Haha... But i treated myself to two double chocolate cookies from SUBWAY!!! YUM YUM! What a great way to usher in the new year! Hahaha...

Anyhow i only woke up at 3pm today(not a good way to start 2008) even though i had planned to wake up earlier to pack my room and have lunch with my cousins... but my frail body didn't allow me so. Haha... The sleep did me good though but that would mean that my first day in 2008 will be spent half on recuperating my flu-ravaged body and the other half filming my FYP. Haha...

Just want to thank Jing, X(t), jiemin, Daevon, Rah, Jiaqi and Amanda, Zijie, Trecia and gang and of course my beloved Manager Lingual for being there at the countdown!!! HAha... wouldn't have been the same without you guys. Especially the two crazy light stick girls in the front, I was freaking out because i couldn't see the audience and i know i wasn't sounding good but seeing two light sticks swinging from side to side really motivated me and kept me going. Thank You!

Thank you Jing and Delphina and little Nigel for the presents yesterday! I and Carrie had a really fun time opening them up... now my bed is a little too crowded. Haha.

And thank you x(t) for the t-shirt. Its very.... ME. haha!

Yesterday night, before the countdown i recorded my own version of 那首歌 on my laptop. You'll hear my handphone ring in the distance, me sniffing and clearing my nose and trying to catch my breath before the next stanza. All in all, I present to you a very very UNCUT version of my 那首歌. HOpe you peeps like it... =)
