My last 2008 post


Before 2008 comes to an end, lemme tell you more about the exciting 2009 campaign by providing you with a few quick links.

As you all know, my world's been overcast for the past last week of 2008.

I'm bad with remembering friend's birthdays, being a good listening ear, and so many other things. I am not perfect.

But if there's one thing I know i can do for a friend, is that I can stand up for them. In pure faith. I don't have to investigate one's character to believe in the goodness of a person. And I do it in blind faith perhaps... but you can always trust me to believe.

I still do. In more ways than one... and perhaps my faith has been very badly shaken but I know deep down you all will always mean something to me because of all the memories shared, all the love you all have given. I will never forget. I am not an ungrateful person.

But I don't have a heart of stone. In fact, I am really squishy and squashy in side. I know you're reading this. I don't know how else to face you, but know that I have also given it some thought. As much as you think I have hurt you, so have I. None of us meant it to happen this way. But you are still beloved, and I know we'll get through. Its not something only time will tell. I say this in blind faith. Blind faith really. I don't know how. But i just think it will.

I suck at pretending that nothing has happened. And I feel better having penned this out.

A good way to start the last day of 2008, and hopefully and prayerfully my countdown performances will be satisfying and gratifying. So that it may also be a good end to 2008.

Believe in me. In my talent. In my character. In my person. In my whole being.

YOU motivate me.

Thank you Stan, Thank you Collin, Thank you dear Hanjoo. For the chance to be a youth.sg ambassador and for making the experience an absolutely brilliant one. Your willingness to give me that little push along the path I've chosen is something I will never ever forget.

Thank you for believing even though we were never that close. I am amazed at the boundless love that this world has to offer in light of everything else.

May the last day of 2008 be an absolutely Whacky day for all of you!
