Chicken Soup for the Soul

its 2am,

my phone rings,

"huh?"

and the display says "oh whee..! is calling" (which is the name I give my house.)

"mummy?" (who is really only two doors away from me.)

"要不要喝黑鸡汤?"

"oh...是爱心汤...."

"（not catching my grateful words of 爱心汤) 黑鸡汤 lar. yah, 要不要？我拿给你们..."

just after shedding some tears,
this bowl of soup came as a timely reminder of how blessed we are.

thank you mummy. for your midnight 爱心汤。
