Dam(n)!

Just burst the hugest most gagantuan pimple of my adult life. A huge yellow bubble, reddish at the sides, full of juice and by-products of all the evilness in my body.

It is the epitome of these few weeks.

The late nights, the mind goggling brain storming sessions.

The heaty food I indulge in because of my love for food and partly because of my lack of discipline and mostly because food is comforting and satisfying.

And today, with great pleasure, I broke down the walls and allowed the juice to all flow out.

Gross?

Today, I listened through the songs at least 5 times, through a throbbing headache, i listened to the songs over and over and over again, head on the table, pen in my hand. I was looking for inspiration, but i couldn't help but be sucked into the music, into the stories behind the music, stories only we know, hours spent only we can bare witness to.

The songs are wonderful. They really are. And I can't wait to share them with you, I can't wait!!!!

But in order to make sure everyone enjoys them to their fullest potential, and for them to mark a musical milestone in our life, so much more has to be done! And so much is already underway.

Some days, the excitement bubbles through my skin, and I get shivers from all the emotions that evaporate through my pores.

Other days, I can feel my hair growing white, as I give the world a blank face while my mind whirs into a churning whirlpool of thoughts and worries.

I can't wait for the day, the day I reveal the musical secrets I've been keeping for so long.

And I pray, this is the day that the Lord has made, and I will rejoice and be glad in it.

Will you partake with me in the joy and the culmination of all that sweat, and tears and hope and dreams on that special day?

That one day, on a stage, we will sing the song that belongs to us, and I will have an audience that sings along.

That one day, I will see someone else speak about the song, about the words in that song, and tell a tale of how the song played a part in their life on earth.

A song in a song, a tale in a tale, a life in a life.

Thank You Almighty One for the things that will come to pass.

And for tonight, here's a song I heard which I really really like....
Cause... "give me one reason if you've got one reason, said there ain't no reason that we shouldnt't be together tonight..."

this adam kling guy is awesome.
